Requirements:

• Positive attitude and outgoing personality
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Must be a morning person — able to arrive daily by 7:30 AM
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and keep operations running smoothly

Experience Preferred:

• Automotive service advisor or shop experience
• Experience in customer-facing roles (relationship-focused)
• Experience with Shop-Ware or Steer
• Experience working with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
