Customer Experience & Content Coordinator (PT/FT | 7:30 AM Start)

Pay: $10–$12/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM start
Maysville Auto Repair is looking for a friendly, dependable team member to help create an outstanding customer experience while capturing fun, real content from daily shop life.
You’ll be one of the first faces our customers see — setting the tone for the day — while also helping document what makes our shop unique.
What You’ll Do
Greet customers and create a great first impression
Support the Service Advisor with daily front office tasks
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and check customers in/out
Handle payments and communicate with customers and vendors
Follow up on previously declined services
Take daily photos and videos for social media and website content
Run local errands as needed
Help keep the office, lobby, kitchen, and bathrooms clean and organized
What We’re Looking For
Friendly, upbeat, and professional
Reliable and ready to start at 7:30 AM
Organized and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills (in person and on the phone)
Able to lift 30+ pounds
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Must have a good driving record and be comfortable shuttling customers as needed
Photo/video skills are a plus
